Cleaned and serviced both condensing units. Tested capacitors, contactors, and fan motor amperages. Everything was in accurate working condition. Checked refrigerant levels in both units. The first floor unit was completely accurate.The upstairs unit was 1-1/2 lbs low on r410 refrigerant. Added the refrigerant to the unit to bring levels back to best efficiency state.
