Air conditioning tune-up. Customer renewed annual VIP maintenance programs. Cleaned and serviced both condensing units. Tested all mechanical parts. Found electrical system on 1st floor below acceptable range and corrosion. Replaced the contactor on the 1st and 2nd floor units. Checked refrigerant levels. Those were in the inaccurate efficiency range. Changed both furnace filters that the customer provided. Everything is in accurate working condition at this moment, and systems are operating and cooling as they should be at this time.
