Installed customer supplied flush valve on eljer toilet in master bedroom. Toilet was installed by us previously and was customer supplied. Issues since installing about a month after. Will not flush properly. I installed a higher flush valve thinking that would do the trick because the toilet would sometimes flush properly when I ran it over the flush valve to flush so I assumed it needed more water in tank so had customer buy a taller flush valve to install. Still on occasion it is doing the same thing. I Augered toilet and back to back toilet on opposite side of wall is flushing just fine with no issues. Possibly a bad syphon on customer supplied toilet we installed. Recommended to customer he have us install one of our toilets that are not from Menards and he said he is going to see how this fix we did works for him. I also caulked the sump lid free of charge. It has a radon tied into it and we replaced the pump and did not reseal it in the past. Talked to Chris about what to char
