Cleaned and serviced 3 condenser units. Customer renewed maintenance plans (3). Tested all mechanical components. Checked r22 refrigerant levels. All 3 were in accurate efficiency range. Tested compressor amperage and fan motor amperage. All were in accurate range. Found the cap & contactor for attic unit and master bedroom unit were below acceptable range and corroded. Replaced using 45/5 & 55/5. Used two 1/shunts. System are clean, cooling and operating as they should be at this time. * The first visits of the plans are being used today.
