Performed air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the AC condensing unit. Treated all mechanical components. Checked R410a refrigerant levels. Tested compressor and fan motor amperages. Everything is in an accurate efficiency range and condition. Replaced customer-supplied furnace filter.(410 April air). The system is clean, cooling, and working properly at this time. Performed a free plumbing inspection.
