Attempted to snake tub drain from overflow. Once removal of overflow cover I noticed that over flow drain was no longer connected and was broken off. Attempted to guide snake into drain through over flow hole and snake the line. Was not able to clear clog. The snake was getting stuck at P trap. Due to overflow drain being broken I recommend accessing damaged waste and over flow from behind bathtub. Will need to remove vanity in master bathroom and open drywall behind vanity in order to access waste and over flow. Once old waste and overflow is removed we can attempt to snake drain again and replace with a new waste and overlfow. If we can not clear drain then next step would be to remove bathtub P trap and perform camera inspection.
