Customer sewer main was backing up causing it to flood out onto the walkway. Attempted to snake it by taking apart the drain where it dropped down into the concrete but could not clear the clog with my 100’ snake. Recommended getting a jetter with a longer hose on it to attempt to clear the clog for $580.00 Performed hydrojetting and followed up with camera inspection. Noticed customers cast iron pipe was very rough and had a lot of build up in it. Recommended digging in front of entrance where sewer exits and installing a cleanout to have better access for removing sludge. Quoted $4200.00
