The customer requested an estimate for a complete repipe of the hot water side of the potable water system in the home. There have been repeated leaks in the existing hot water lines that run from the garage into the house, requiring the replacement of the hot water lines. There is mold present in the garage from the previous leaks that have occurred. That mold will need to be mitigated per industry standards, prior to any plumbing work being done. Schuelke Plumbing agrees that the customer will pay for the repipe of the cold water lines and mold mitigation ($10,210.00).
