Both units were backed up. Was able to clear clog via clesnout but due to the cleanout being installed incorrectly I was unable to follow with camera inspection. Performed camera inspection of the main line of each unit via roof vent and found several root intrusions throughout the main lines. Recommend performing epoxy linning as previously stated in estimate submitted in 2024. Also recommended digging up and installing proper mainline cleanout.
