Arrived at customer's house for no cool. On arrival customer told me he had drain issues earlier. He had clear drain line. Float switch was stuck on closed. Bypass float switch and unit turned on. Brought this to customer's attention and customer knowing they have secondary float switch opted to not replace float switch. Went out to condenser and hooked up gages. Pressures were not changing. Checks capacitor and capacitor was well below acceptable range. Told this to customer and suggested we get capacitor changed. Customer agreed. Changed out capacitor and unit now running fine. Talk to customer about taps plan and customer decided to sign up. Collected payment and signature for work performed and left. Customers happy.
