Called out today due to ductwork being deattached. Upon arrival there were two large gaps in the return vents. Repositioned and taped gap shut. Used other pieces of loose duct work to try and make a seal at the bottoms. Client is aware that the coil is impacted due to the ductwork not being sealed. They are interested in investing in a UV light and applying the cleaning the same day. Clients are on scheduled to replace ductwork in November. Equipment is operating properly at this time.
