Customer complaining that unit is not cooling. Checked all major components: Freon levels compressor , fan motor , capacitor, coils , flushed drain line , checked filters. Found out that drain line was clogged and float switch had water in. Flushed drain line and poured water while flushing and also tested to make sure that drainline is draining. Recommend to customer to add drain cleaner device to prevent this happening in the future. Customer agreed to add iflo
