Arrived at the home and was told what the issue is with the unit. Proceeded to diagnose the equipment and found that the unit was on “Communication Fault”. Went to the float switch and found it stuck on the up position. Reset switch. Tested the float switch and it is operating. Once the unit started, the board was indicating CFMs. At the condenser, indicators showed C2 which is slow cooling than the unit ramped up for high cooling. Checked the refrigerant charge and found it within specifications. Cleaned and flushed the primary drain line. Checked the filter and it is clean. Checked the system completely and it is cooling and operating.
