I am very happy about the customer service phone experience. Beth went above and beyond to answer my questions and address my concerns. I was not happy about the on-site service experience (repeated misdiagnose resulting inhabitable >100F indoors for several weeks). But Beth did everting in her control to investigate the billing aspect. I want to give 5 star to Beth and 1 star to the service
