I am very happy about the customer service phone experience. Beth went above and beyond to answer my questions and address my concerns. I was not happy about the on-site service experience (repeated misdiagnose resulting inhabitable >100F indoors for several weeks). But Beth did everting in her control to investigate the billing aspect. I want to give 5 star to Beth and 1 star to the service

Really impressed with the great service and exceptional workmanship. Townsend replaced my AC system in the summer and because they did such a great job I decided to hire them again to replace my heating system. I highly recommend them.

Serviced heating system with new tune up parts and cleaning. Repaired two water leaks with new relief valve and air vent. Tested combustion emissions to factory specifications.
Installed new internal chamber kit, into the Weil McLain 368 heating system. The chamber kit consists of a front target wall insert, floor KAO wool blanket, burner front cover insulation insert, and rope seal. All set.

Reviewed Carrier infinity Fault codes and cleaned debris off communication PCB board, and addressed low pressure fault by topping off R410a refrigerant to manufacture specifications.
