I got the version 2 of the Bosch Heat Pump installed both the indoor air handler and the outdoor compressor system. Very professional team from the salesman to the installers to the electricians. Easy to work with, easy to talk to, answered all questions (even all my annoying ones at late hours, sorry about that). Very respectful about COVID concerns. Very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. A total pleasure to work with. I was blown away by the workmanship when the job was done. Made my old system look like home made junk. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job guys. Great team. So far the system works great (it's been a week with cool temp so the heat has been used from the heat pump; great to have a back up heat source now). The AC mode of the system will be put to the test next week with weather in the 90's. Just in time!!
