Townsend Energy provided me with a mini split system for my game room addition on my house. They came right out when I called, provided a comprehensive assessment of equipment options and provided a quote the next day. They had all the work done in a week. The installers were respectful and professional. They worked in the cold until the job was done. To match the siding, they went to several different supply companies so the color of the covering over the lines matched the house. Way above and beyond my expectations. The heat and AC works amazing!

I became “that guy” tonight with a do-it-yourself home repair late at night gone wrong. I called Townsend from my flooded basement and they quickly dispatched Brian who arrived at my residence at 11:30 pm ... though he acted as if it was 11:30 am with his pleasant demeanor. He was extremely courteous, took the time to listen and then explain everything he was doing to remedy my problem. Not only was everything fixed but I was much more knowledgeable about my own HVAC system by the time he was finished. He was the consummate professional and the service he provided was outstanding!
