I had never heard of this company before, and only called them because my usual service was unavailable. Boy, am I glad I did - this was as good an experience with a repair company as I have ever known. The work was done quickly and well, the service was professional, the technician was friendly, and he was able to explain everything I wanted to know about what he was doing. The office communication system was easy and quick, making an appointment was easy, and the agent was clear and easy to understand. The cost was very reasonable, and I feel that the good service I got was worth every penny. I feel confident that if I need another repair for any of my appliances I will call Appliance Works again.
