From start to the finish of repair, my experience with Appliance Works was excellent. The customer service representative was very professional on the phone. I received next afternoon service on my 13 yo Whirlpool electric clothes dryer. Jeremy arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. With all the info available through his tablet computer, he was able to find the part needed in inventory and offered to pick it up same day. I agreed and after he returned, he installed the part, cleaned out all the excess lint inside the dryer, and conducted a number of tests to make sure it was fixed. He worked fast and efficiently. I almost bought a new dryer, but am happy that I got this one fixed (less stuff in the landfill, at least till it finally conks out.)
