Hesitant to give this five stars until after I see whether or not the ice maker is still dripping. Riley did a good job not pressure selling and let me know it was up to whether or not I felt the repair was necessary. However, I wish he had explained to me that the rusted metal pieces would not be replaced and that the repair would only address the cause of the rust. Hopefully it is fixed now.
