I contacted Appliance Works to fix a refrigerator that had stopped working. The office personnel scheduled an appointment with their technician for the next day. The repair technician was on time, polite and professional. He assessed my situation and told me the refrigerator wasn't worth repairing as for the amount of parts and labor I could buy a new one.
