I am beginning to have faith once again in the human population. Christina was Great! She was informative. Telling me what happened, what I needed and what it would take to fix. She was patient. Listening to my somewhat dumb questions. She was professional. She provided recommendations throughout the process as a professional in their field should. She did her job and despite my numerous questions did not slow play the clock. The world needs more people like her, and I can only hope that she will continue to excel in her chosen field.
