This solution includes the installation of 2 dedicated circuits, one for sump pump and the other at main panel. Both circuits shall be 120V 20A and include gfci/arc fault protection. We shall also replace 4 receptacles in upstairs bedrooms, replace 2 light fixtures at second floor landing, replace the lower level bathroom with a new customer supplied bathfan and install a new customer supplied ceiling fan in the master bedroom. In addition we shall update the homes grounding and bonding, replace the existing sub panel and backerboard, ensuring it has a true 100A feed. We have taken deposit and shall return the 23rd of January, membership acquired. We have installed the ceiling fan, replaced the fixtures and installed the gfci receptacles upstairs. Additionally we have replaced the sub panel, roughed in both basement circuits and nearly completed the grounding and bonding. We shall return next Friday to complete the installation.
