This solution includes the installation of customer supplied gfci in bathroom and a customer supplied TRWR receptacle on the block face of the wall on patio. We have installed the new customer supplied receptacle at patio block wall and replaced the existing damaged gfci in basement bathroom with a new customer supplied device.
Replaced front receptacle We also provided pricing to replace the main panel and install all matching breakers with code updates and a permit. The reason for the full replacement would be due to the improper breaker for the furnace circuit that does not match the existing panel as well as the over 40 year age mark.
We have delivered pricing regarding the electrical repairs.

Replace 4 garage receptacles The reason for today’s visit was to look at power loss in the garage receptacles. We arrived we found that there were four receptacles in the garage that were only 94 V. While searching for our power loss, we found that there was a GFCI in the closet in the room beside the garage which powered the circuit. The GFCI was working properly however, when we open the first receptacle behind the freezer, we found that the neutral wire was burnt and was barely into the back of the receptacle. We showed a customer and informed her that their devices were backstabbed and that they should be replaced. Customer said that she just wanted the floor in the garage done today and that she would look into having the rest of the house, checked out at a later date as she had just moved in.
9/4/25 Client has decided not go forward with the project. We have already pulled the electrical permit and will now cancel it. We will refund the balance from the deposit to their CC.
Remove existing ceiling fan and replace with customer supplied ceiling fan. Replace washing machine receptacle with a GFCI. Completed annual maintenance assessment. While completing my assessment, I noticed that many of the devices within the home were back-stabbed. I also noted that some of the receptacles were beginning to crack due to the use of metal plates. I suggested to the customer that they look into replacing all of the devices within the home before any problems arise due to the back-stabbed connections and the metal plates. I also noted a lack of GFCI protection at the washing machine. Customer also wanted a fan to be installed in the upstairs bedroom/sewing room. I provided solutions to replace the fan as well as the washing machine receptacle with a GFCI. Customer agreed to solution provided.

- Bonding the water heater - V.I.P Membership Todays work - Reason for today’s visit with the customer was a tripped main breaker. The reason for the tripped main was the water heater failing. The failing of the water heater came from a nicked wire that then overheated and burned off the sheathing of the hot conductor. Once the wire was at catastrophic failure it grounded out and tripped the 30 amp breaker. Customer noticed it was tripped and tried to reset it which then cause the main to trip. Upon arrival I disconnected the water heater from circuit from the breaker. I then turned back on the main which came on without issue. I then tried the 30 amp breaker to make sure it wasn’t failing. The breaker worked without issue. I then made my way over to the water heater. I noticed an immediate charring and burning smell. I opened it up to discover the charred and burnt up wire. From my analysis I am inclined to lean toward the water heater having a cut in its wire leading to this failure
Arrived onsite and the resident led us to the back deck where he showed us the back to back gfci we installed for him about 2 years ago. He had run his own uf line down to the gazebo to get power to that, and as of now it plugs into the gfci that is the back to back setup. Problem i found with that is it’s only a 15 amp circuit, and his goal was to power anything used at the gazebo with that plug. Upon opening the plug on the house, and at the gazebo, both had heat damage to the wiring tips and the gfci’s at both locations had significant heat damage and warping on the back of them. We discussed how to correct what is currently here which would involve replacing the GFCI outlet on the house and at the gazebo location, and the in use covers for both. But as a long term solution, running a dedicated line from the panel, because he wants to have power to the gazebo as a feature when the house is sold, and for convenience of use. There are quite a few lighter circuits inside the panel that
Customer lost a phase coming from the power company. This calls have to power in the house to turn off.
