Only thing that bothered me was that things were not put back in place. My dehumidifier was tuned off and that is a crucial system in my basement and my wall was kicked so hard paint and drywall fell off. It’s the little things 🙏

Called out today to investigate a GFCI controlling outside receptacles on the side of the house, gazebo, and down the hill from the house. Opening the receptacle at the side of the house, controlling the LV transformer, and the first receptacle under the kitchenette outside closest to the grill, I tested whether the GFCI would trip depending on the wires connected. The GFCI would not trip with the wires coming from the house disconnected, but would trip when connected to the wires feeding the gazebo. I bypassed the receptacle in this situation. This could potentially signify a broken or damaged wire in the ground causing the ground-fault. Another technician will come out Thursday with a circuit tracer to try and find the break. Today I replaced the receptacle and GFCI in the laundry room, and the first outside receptacles on the circuit controlling the LV lighting. Collected a partial balance, remaining balance to be collected on return. Return with circuit tracer to trouble circuit t

We went and saw a new dedicated 30 amp 240 V circuit from the main panel out through the yard to the shed in the back right corner. Installation of new eight circuit 30 amp sub panel at the shed Install ground rods for new shed subpanel Install new 20 amp receptacle off of the new sub panel for a window air conditioning unit Returns today and completed quoted work. We previously had the underground company new three-quarter inch PVC line from the house to the back of the shed. We install new number 10 wire from the house to the shed and installed a new tenant space QO subpanel Inside the shed. We installed two new ground rods and tied into the shed subpanel. We also installed a new dedicated 20 amp circuit for a plug-in air conditioner inside. We also refed the shed wiring to the sub panel. We then ran PVC down the side of the home and into the main panel located in the basement. Was completed he tested all power and everything is working properly.
We have sent the estimates regarding the new ceiling fan installations. We recommend having the cutler hammer breaker removed from panel and a GE breaker installed.
Replace bad gfci in kitchen Install keyless in bedroom
Removal of existing fan and installation of new Panasonic quiet type fan with insulated venting a new roof top vent out. Installation of push style timer switch for new fan Reason for today’s visit was to replace an existing bathroom exhaust fan in second-floor toilet room in the primary bathroom. Existing fan did not work and was on a standard switch. Original fan was also not vented outside of the home. Today we went ahead and installed a new Panasonic quiet, type fan and its place and installed a timer switch to control the fan. We also installed new insulated ductwork. We also installed a new gooseneck vent out on the roof between the two existing ones.
We were called out today to look at replacing three switches with customer supplied smart switches to control light and fan separately. Switches were not the correct type to control the light and fan separately. The fans already had remotes that were not working. We determined the fan remotes were not working due to dead batteries. We switched the batteries and the fans began working.
This solution includes the wiring diagnostics and repairs to the kitchen and foyer lighting. We have repaired the wiring to the kitchen fixture and have repaired the 3way switching for foyer and lower level. We recommend having surge protection installed at the main panel.
Installation of a new Whole Home Surge protector to further assist the home in protection of the sub panel from voltage spikes as well as protecting sensitive appliances. Surge Reflects lifetime warranty type B.
Provide a pricing to install a new receptacle in the garage, cutting a new customer supplied camera floodlight on the front of the home, and install vanity lights in the primary bathroom on the second floor.
Arrived at the home and explained what all the whole home inspection would entail, and then got started. The home has already been redeviced and had a panel change this year so it was in really good shape, which our inspection reflected. At the end when i went over the inspection, he mentioned he had some other work he was interested in so i ended up writing it up for him and then we completed the following. Removed and replaced the kitchen sink light with a new one, although the bottom bracket that holds the glass was missing one piece from Home Depot so i discused how to get ahold of that one piece, and left the glass bottom off for now until he gets it. The other thing was adding a dedicated washer receptacle so the cord doesn’t stretch so far. I added a new 120v 20 amp line from the panel to a 1900 box i mounted on the wall where he specified, and installed a TR GFCI in the box. I tied in the feed and installed and labeled the new 20 amp leviton breaker.
Reason for the call was for annual maintenance service. Checked entire house from top to bottom. Everything is in good condition. I do recommend adding an additional surge for other panel for optimal protection. Customer also would like a dedicated circuit for hot tub. We performed the work for hot tub today.
Installation of a junction box below kitchen counter top to extend wires to sink base for a dishwasher appliance cord to be plugged in. Currently appliance has its own dedicated circuit and only needs a GFCI under the sink base to supply power. Dishwasher currently has a dedicated circuit that no longer has a neutral load in it. After we did previous work and finalized into testing the device, it only showed 40 amps at the device. We would run a new 20 amp dedicated circuit from the junction box to the dishwasher disconnect.
