We had an outdoor outlet that was fixed once before by another electrician and not working again. Alex suggested a fix to our GFIs that we was not cheap, but is a huge convenience because we no longer have frequent outlet outages following rains. He also quickly installed an outdoor light for us. Price is a bit high but done right

Dennis worked with the deck company that was installing a deck to move an outdoor circuit to a more suitable location. The outlet move required a bit of work inside my home to bring things up to code. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. His work was excellent.

Michael Wendler was an absolute total professional while at our home. He was courteous, efficient & communicated exactly what he thought the problem was & how he was going to approach it. He was as customer service oriented as anyone could be & should teach classes on how to interact with customers inside their home. As a result we will be having much more work done in our home by Hass & Sons. Also kudos to "Alex" & "Jenny" for their efforts on our behalf as well. They were also extremely professional! This solution includes the installation of a new 200A QO panel, exterior disconnect, updates to grounding and bonding, surge protection and permitting and inspections. This solution includes premium surge protection. We have taken deposit and shall return the 1st of August. We have completed the new 200A panel installation. In addition we have delivered pricing for other projects. This includes a dedicated 50A circuit to be housed on the exterior of home. In addition this also includes a 20A circuit to be housed in a disconnect on exterior of home. After panel inspection, customer to schedule this work at their leisure. We have installed the new dedicated circuits, they are in exterior boxes or disconnect. New circuits labeled in panel.
This solution includes the installation of a RAB light at garage exterior. E have replaced the existing garage fixture with a new RAB light. We recommend having the panel updated.
Because it was for switch networking in bedroom. During assessment, I saw that the kennel was a federal pacific panel. Also, the devices throughout the house were very old, painted over, and a lot of them broken. Please see below for work performed. Replacement of one chandelier located in dining room. Replacement of switch located in kitchen seating area.
Installation of two customer supplied ceiling fans. One located in the guest bedroom and the other is located in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom is pull chain and on a normal 8 foot ceiling. The master bedroom fan is going to be changed to a remote operated one and it is also installed at an angle roughly 12 feet in the air. We also will be changing four can lights into retrofit led can light fixtures. The reason for replacing these is the prior lights were burning up the bulbs. We will also be correcting issues we discovered inside the panel (double tapped neutrals and shared lugs).
Installation of new dedicated 240v 60 amp circuit to supply power to new/future existing cook top. Current cooktop is 120v and gas which only requires 120v circuit for igniter. Installation of new EV charger in garage by way of 60 amp 240v circuit. Customer supplied EV charger and purchased charge point 48 amp system. All work will require opening up sheet rock to access in/around the panel to run both new dedicated circuits. Installation of new whole home surge protector to further assist home in protection against harmful voltage spikes while protecting the home appliances. This includes a 108 kA lifetime replacement surge protector with visual and audible alarm. This does not include drywall or paint repairs. Included in estimate is a list of professional companies we recommend for drywall/painting repairs.
Today’s visit was for EV charger install. Customer would like EV charger installed in garage. Panel located in basement. We recommend surge protection with install of EV charger. We also recommend making panel corrections to make panel safe. Please see attached solutions to get this resolved for you.
We were out to customers home before and did work. Today we installed a siding block then a customer supplied light fixture downstairs after the deck was installed.
Installation of two customer supplied ceiling fans in the primary bedroom and the kitchen. Both fans would be replaced with new switches as well.
Today’s visit was for multiple electrical issues. During assessment I saw that the home needed a serious electrical upgrade. Today we returned to complete the work. We bonded the water heater, relocated the 2 existing kitchen switches, replaced exterior receptacles, replaced the gfcis in garage, installed gfci protection at sump pump and washer. Lastly we installed the receptacle underneath the sink for the pneumatic switch for garbage disposal.
Installation of new attic fan to replace current non working fan. Customer was informed that ordering will take up to 2 weeks and would like to proceed. 6/11 Returned today and installed new through the roof Smart Control attic fan in place of old burnt out unit.
Customer originally called because they are having their deck replaced and there is a light under the deck that is too close and they wanted it relocated. Also the deck receptacle was not working correctly. The customer is having the siding replaced around the door to the downstairs sliding glass door so I informed her I can remove the light fixture and I can detach that light from the switch making it so that the electrical wire sticking out would no longer be energized and no longer a threat to anyone working near it but since they are replacing the siding around the door frame it’s best for them to put up the new siding and have the wire sticking out so that I can come back and put in a two piece siding block and also reinstall a new light fixture versus me putting up the new light fixture now and then having to take everything down When they install the new siding they are lowering the deck by 2 inches so what I did was I remove the light fixture and saw that the wires were just
We have determined that the kitchen gfci should be replaced.
Installation of new devices in the home due to them currently no longer working properly. The device locations are as follows : two single pole over under switch for primary bathroom, fan speed/light dimming device located on third floor in primary bedroom, and dimmer switch for the second floor kitchen. Removal of the current baseboard heater that’s located in the basement with removal of the wiring going to the panel and to the unit itself.
