Alex, the electrician, was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and professional. He did his work quickly and efficiently, and answered all my questions.
Alex did at excellent job explaining what he was doing and went over everything after he was finished also left the area he was working in the way he found very clean
Haas and Sons responded quickly to my service request. Alex Weber did an exceptional job getting all of the work done.
Alex ireplaced my deck lights which included removing the old wiring, lights and transformers as well as installing the new components. He was on time for the appointment. As always, his work was precise, neat, and thorough. After the installation he answered questions from me and my wife.
My experience was phenomenal.. it was an old school customer service, at its best type of experience.. my garage doors won’t open and my electrical circuit keeps keep tripping and turning off my appliances in the basement. I searched The Howard County Best Pick Reports 2022 and looked for an electrician, it was a little after 5 PM. I read all the companies reviews and began to call based on what I read on quality and timeliness. My first two calls went directly to voicemail message, my third call went to Haas and Sons Electric Inc. A polite and professional young lady answered the phone, took my information and promised a call back in the morning. Next morning I check my phone and I received a voicemail from a young lady named Krysta, she gave me clear instructions to call her back, when I did she answered on the second ring! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly friendly! She told me when to expect the technician “Nick” and he arrived exactly in that time frame with a text letting me know he was 15 minutes away! Once he arrived Nick was absolutely professional, knowledgeable, patient with my questions and fixed both of my issues within an hour!! Ladies & Gentlemen, I have found my new electrician for the next 10 years!! Thank you so much Krysta & Nick , lunch on me!!! A very Satisfied Customer
Matt was very professional. After I explained where I wanted my front house lights to go he completed the job and cleaned up after himself. Great job!
Haas & Sons has done great work for us. We might have been able to get a slightly cheaper price but for the quality of work that was done, the honesty, and the care that was shown, Haas & Sons was worth every penny.
I had quite a bit of work that was needed but not urgent. These people came out to give me an estimate. They were out and changed my panel and I had work done in every room in the house and outside. They did the work in less than two days. The people worked, were friendly, and kept the place clean. No problems and I was very happy with our decision.
Was expecting an appointment a day or so out from my call but a workman came by within the hour as he had just finished a nearby job. Friendly, fast and efficient.
The work was done back in September; I like to wait a bit to see how things are going before reviewing. Our new over-range microwave oven is working great. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the result. The new circuit had to be run through our finished basement, up into the kitchen, and the work was done carefully and with minimal disruption. There was a minor follow-up issue with the installation of the microwave, but Alex promptly took care of it. I highly recommend Haas and Sons.

i removed and replaced all devices on the bathroom circuit including all switches, gfcis, and the gfci outside I re spliced all the wires in the boxes so that the gfcis were line sided so one location would not affect other areas in the circuit. I also did this so that if the gfci trips the customer will still have light in the bathrooms The outside outlet box was falling out the wall due to poor installation so i removed it and installed a old work box then a extension weather proof ring and installed a weather resistant gfci with a new in use bubble cover Customer has a 1 year warranty #review

Installation of 50 amp 240 volt circuit next to panel Surge protection Reason for today’s visit was to install a customer supplied level two wall charger in the garage near the main panel. We ran a new dedicated 50 amp 240 volt circuit and installed a new 50 CH series breaker for the new charger. We mounted the charger roughly 3 feet to the right of the existing main panel. Circuit was ran in flexible piping from the panel to the new charger. I’m checking the panel we noticed there was no surge protection inside or out. We installed a new ultra whole home surge protector in the bottom of the panel to protect new charger, car and homes electrical system. #review

We have installed a new exterior receptacle on front of home. We recommend that the double tapped neutral wiring and double tapped breaker in the main panel be repaired.
We have installed a new 30A Homeline breaker in the panel. In addition we have cut out damaged portion of #10awg wire. Lastly we tested dryer operation for approximately 10-15min and highest amperage recorded was 27A when initially the heater and motor start. Dryer when in use stays between 17A and 24A.
