Amazing Service!!

Michael Wendler was an absolute total professional while at our home. He was courteous, efficient & communicated exactly what he thought the problem was & how he was going to approach it. He was as customer service oriented as anyone could be & should teach classes on how to interact with customers inside their home. As a result we will be having much more work done in our home by Hass & Sons. Also kudos to "Alex" & "Jenny" for their efforts on our behalf as well. They were also extremely professional! Finally I would like to thank "Krysta" for her professional manner over the phone (first impressions DO count) as this is not something one typically experiences anymore but in this case she represented Haas & Sons with excellent communication skills & a great demeanor! Michael Wendler, the technician who performed our service, was simply outstanding in every way! Very professional, obviously highly knowledgeable, and extremely courteous and friendly, as well. He diagnosed our ceiling light fixture issue very quickly and installed a replacement quickly and efficiently. We will always request him personally for any repairs in the future! Installation of new door bell transformer located under neath stair set in basement utility closet. Previous technicians work inside of panel did not affect location or integrity of current bad transformer. Transformer was dated May of 1991 and did not have power currently. Installation of new chime box and removal of old splices for chime. All has been updated and works currently with new Nest settings.

The reason for today’s visit with the customer is a spa-pack that she would like to have installed by her outside equipment for the pool. After being introduced the customer showed me the panel location and the area she would like to have the pack installed. After looking at the panel i saw a 00’s Cutler Hammer CH panel with a few panel violations such as double tapped neutrals and double fed breakers. The panel was at capacity and would need to be corrected in terms of double taps in order to install the new spa pack customer is inquiring about. The customer and I talked about possibilities of running the new circuit and i came up with running through the ceiling trenching the sheet rock to ensure proper installation for the spa-pack. After looking at both areas, i went through the home and tested outlets and devices to ensure properly working. I then brought my findings to the customer and stated i would create a few estimates on the things we discussed today. I approached the custom

This solution includes the installation of a junction box to properly contain the open air splice in the basement. In addition we shall replace a 2 prong receptacle with a 3prong device and replace the damaged 3way switch at stairwell. We have replaced the damaged keyless light fixture in basement, repaired the open air splicing in basement and replaced the receptacle by fireplace and replaced the damage 3way switch at bottom of stairwell on first floor.

The customer originally called to install a customer supplied ceiling fan in his bedroom also wanted the kitchen countertop re deviced I removed all the kitchen countertop devices also remove the two devices in the living room behind the couch and across the kitchen in the cabinets are installed brand new table resistant GFCI’s throughout the kitchen countertop and brand new tamper resistant receptacles throughout the circuit I also installed new switches a new nylon unbreakable plates Upstairs in the bedroom I measured the center of the room talk to the customer and that was his desired location so I cut a hole in the ceiling then pushed my 14-3 wire into the attic and then installed a ceiling fan brace box and then put together assembled and installed a customer supplied fan then I went into the attic ran my wires and drilled a hole through the stud and fish my wires down to an existing switch in the bedroom that was controlling the receptacle I rewired the switch so the receptacl

We removed the remaining Zenon undercabinet lights and installed new LED color select lights in their place. We also replaced the standard toggle switch with a new decor style, diva dimmer.

I removed a damaged and rusted light outside on the back porch and i installed a customer supplied light fixture. I then siliconed around the light to the siding block to help prevent water from getting in the light fixture to prolong the life of the unit. I bypassed a photo cell in the post light out front and now the fixture is working off the light switch by the front door. Before the light was inconsistent with its ability to come on and off due to a failing photo cell I removed all double tapped neutrals and over tapped grounds on the neutral bar and put the neutrals on their own separate screw. I installed a ground bar to help free up spaces in the panel. This is to help prevent the neutrals from overheating on the neutral bar. I installed a whole home surge protector in the panel. I then powered it by installed a 2 pole 50 amp square d qo electrical breaker then labeled the panel. This surge protector is to help protect the homes electronics and homes utilities from potenti

Today’s visit was for doorbell not working. Customer’s home is in excellent condition electrically apart from doorbell not working. I tested continuity and voltage at doorbell, chime, and transformer. Wiring was in good order, determined kit needs to be replaced. Please see attached solution to get this resolved for you.
