As always, Haas & Sons specialist arrived promptly (at the early end of the time slot) assessed my remaining questions and concerns and effectively installed the lighting appliance they helped me order. Installation worked as planned and with his guidance I was able to activate Ring software quickly. Install was done in an hour. I appreciate prompt service as a club member.
Dennis did an excellent job again. Always very professional and knowledgeable. He makes sure we understand everything.
Knowledgeable. Good attitude! Accommodating. Only drawback was the price.
Extremely thorough! Very personable! And took the time to explain everything that he was going to be doing and what he ultimately did!

Arrived onsite and gave an estimate to do recess on the first floor and basment, as well as replace a few lights. Once i went room by room and we had made a plan i wrote up options and we ended up going with the first option, keeping the foyer light standard, replacment of the outside lights, replacment of the dining room chandallier, and installation of 28 and we got it on the schedule for 7/1-7/2 Day 1: Arrived onsite and began by discussing where we would begin the project which ended up being the basement. We started by covering the whole basement area where work was being done in plastic, and then i measured out all the lighting and cut it all in and then we worked together to remove the old lights, make sure the new ones were in a location the residents would be happy with, and then installed them all. Come the end of the day we hit a few snags in measuring because the walls were out a good bit but got the last section of the basement measured out, cut and pulled. We also insta
Reason for today’s visit with the customer was a redevice of the upstairs and a dedicated circuit installation in the garage. The garage circuit was ran in the ceiling then down the bulk head where it dropped down beside the garage door. The new circuit is landed on a 20 AMP GFCI breakers inside the panel at the top left. We replaced all switches, GFCI’s, and receptacles upstairs during the redevice. The devices are now new with the correct preventative and secure splices inside the box to potential future failures. At this time everything is working as intended and the garage circuit is ready for the new refrigerator. Customer is aware that the downstairs devices are the same as the upstairs and to keep an eye on them over time.
This solution includes the replacement of the 2 existing damaged gfci receptacles and taking the bathroom light off of the load side of the gfci. Additionally we shall replace the damaged dimmer in the kitchen. We have replaced a damaged gfci in the kitchen and bathroom. Lastly we have replaced the existing dimmer in the kitchen.
Arrived onsite and the resident led us to the first floor bathroom where she explained when it stormed real bad the other week the bath gfci had went out and never came back. Once we pulled it out to examine it we found power was at that location but the GFCI was bad. Also she had bought a fixture for us to replace out on the deck railing because the old one was hanging and broken. After looking at the area we would be able to hang the light but the switch going to it was bad and had a bad weather seal as well as the outlet below it. I wrote up a few options as well as discussed our membership plan and she opted to get it all done today. We pull the bath gfci out and replaced it. Replaced the light outside on the deck railing, replaced the switch and resealed the box, and then removed the old outlet and installed a w/p gfci and in use cover as well as put silicone around the boxes so they were w/p from the back as well. After we were done the work everything got tested and is verified

Reason for today’s visit was to assess power loss to the well pump in the driveway. When I arrive to the job, customer stated that the well company had to change the wires around inside the pump pit to make it work. When I checked the connections I noticed that the neutral is not connected, and they had the neutral from the pump connected to the ground wire. I don’t disconnected everything at the well pump and at the pressure switch and performed a Continuity test between all the wires. Everything was reading that they were connected and intact. I then half everything back together and hooked up to the well pump the correct way and the well pump fired right up. I believe that the issue was a poor connection on the neutral wire at the well pump in which the well company just connected the neutral wire to the ground to get it back up and running quickly.

Reason for today’s visit with the customer was the annual maintenance visit. The panel and previous work completed was in good condition. During my visit today I retightened all connections and ensured proper working order inside the panel. The devices and smoke detectors in the home were old and needing to be replaced. Customer was looking to have the bathroom remodeled and said that whenever the bathroom was done she will have all other work combined into one. Customer also renewed her membership with us today during our visit.
Provided pricing and so I need dedicated 15 amp circuit to the front of the home and install a new 50 amp receptacle for a plug-in car charger. we also provide a pricing and so hold on surge protection at the main panel
Arrived onsite and was the resident led me into the living room where we discussed recess lighting and how much to put in,e.t.c. I ended up recommending 6 on a dimmer and let him know they would have to be offset a little bit because of the location of the sprinkler heads. He told me he preferred the switch be in the room where an existing dead end 3 way switch already is, so we would have to pull a line up from there to the 2 gang we would install, to add the new switch. For the hall bedroom we would make the switch controlled outlet hot and install an over under switch, so the fan and light could be controlled independently without using pullchains. We would pull a new 14-3 line from the switch to the bar brace box, and install the customer fan as close to center of the room as we can, and do the same in the master bedroom. I also wrote an option for adding whole home surge protection into the main panel for the condo as well. Resident asked both quotes be emailed to him so he could
Today’s visit was for running a dedicated circuit for an RV receptacle. We would penetrate the exterior of the home from where the panel is and run conduit on the exterior of the home around to where the RV is. This would be a 120 V 30 amp circuit. Customer has the receptacle already in hand. I also talk to the customer about the panel needing to be replaced. It is much older, and the service cable is also starting to dry rot and cracked. Please see attached for solution to run the circuit for you. Let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
Replace exterior plug near tree line Today’s visit was to assess the GFCI that was not tripping that is used for the septic in the backyard. A few years ago I had completely replace the set up with a new perm post and GFCI. Roughly a year after that was done the GFCI that we installed had failed, and I had to replace it. Now today the reason for the GFCI not resetting, was due to the fact that there was another receptacle tapped off of the load side of the GFCI in the back of the yard that was causing it to stay tripped. I removed the rusted out receptacle and installed a new weather resistant one with an unused cover. The GFCI is now reset, and the pump is plugged back in and working properly
We will dig wire back and install a perm post next to the septic tank. We will then install a new 240 V 20 amp receptacle with a Inuse cover.
