They came out the same day, even earlier than they said which I appreciated, and did the job fast. They explained it to me and left me the busted switches so I could see what they actually replaced, too.
Alex and Matt were great, Alex during the assessment was great to talk with, we never felt talked down to or like we were being pushed to a higher price package for anything. They redid all the devices in our home, grounded everything and just generally made my house safer and a better place to live in. They were quick, efficient and let me know what was going on at all the stages.

The reason for today’s visit with the customer was an issue with the water heater currently not working and causing a trip on the breaker. When first arrived we were taken to the location of the water heater/furnace room which also housed the panel as well. The location was on the back patio closet where i saw a Challenger panel with original breakers and wiring. I began checking the panel for the correct power down to the water heater and it read 240 volts from the breaker to the end of the wire. When i then tested the wires on the elements for the water heater i saw that the upper element thermostat did not have any power where as the secondary element did. I recommended to the customer that the electric going to the water heater was correct and that the issue was internal on the unit.
