Dennis took the time to explain the work in detail and was very patient and professional. Highly recommend!
Michael was very nice & helpful. He explained what needed to be done in terms anyone could understand. I did not expect same day service. That was a big plus. I didn't have to find time for a second visit. I would highly recommend your company to anyone needed electric service.
It has been quite a while since I needed an electrician and like everything else the cost for reliable/quality work has gone up. I'm glad I had it done but the cost was more than I expected. However, it was necessary and Michael did an excellent job. I recommend the company, the excellent technicians and the superior service just plan on the cost in the budget.
Very pleased with our experience. Had an electrical issue one evening and was able to get service the next day! Highly recommend!
Haas and Sons once again proved why they are the only electric company we’ll use. Josh and Tyler were fantastic!! The quality of work, great service, and awesome staff make Haas and Sons really stand out in their field. Thank you for another wonderful experience!!
Little on the expensive side but a great job. Customer service is awesome.
Michael offered timely, experienced and helpful service while completing several small tasks and offering estimates for potential additional services. Top notch electrician!
Nick did a GREAT job. Will ask for him all the time for electrical problems
Timely arrival. Good explanation of review & recommended work & understanding of what's required v. not required, but benefit to have. Available to do work. Thorough review of work performed. Friendly & courteous service!
Alex did a great job all around. He answered my questions and was willing to discuss the options available/costs. He finished the job ahead of schedule and left the worksite clean. Friendly and straightforward service.
Work, while performed well, was vastly overpriced. I will not ever call Haas and Sons again and will let my neighbors know how overpriced the work was.
Alan was very professional, thorough, and understanding to the needs of the job. He approached each task from a position of knowledge with regard to what was needed to be successful. Should a need arise in the future I would welcome Alan back into my home to tend to the issue at hand.
Repaired burnt up connections inside switch box at the entrance to the basement apartment.
Installation of two new pendant lights above kitchen island. Replace current exhaust fan located in customers primary bathroom with customer supplied Panasonic Whisper DC exhaust fan. We will then re-connect to customers current ducting.
Located buzzing sound in basement recessed lights. Issue was due to older style compact, fluorescent light bulbs. Recommend recommended replacing to LED style.
Reason for the call was the treadmill tripping the master bedroom circuit. After doing an investigation, we discovered the treadmill pulls 14 A. This is what’s causing it to trip on a 15 amp breaker. We also saw that the devices throughout the home are falling apart, and also backstabbed. We recommended replacing all the devices throughout the home however, the customer opted to do the second floor only. We will also be installing whole home surge in the main panel. Replace all devices on third floor Install Vortex whole home surge protector in main panel
Reason for today’s call was small appliance circuit, having a reverse polarity reading. During the assessment, we found a seriously melted receptacle which caused for the signal to read that way. We recommended at minimum replacing all the devices on that circuit but we also recommend running a dedicated circuit for the microwave. This will prevent any future issues from happening. Customer agreed to do all of the work. See below for work performed. Replace devices on small appliance circuit Run dedicated circuit for microwave
This solution includes the replacement of 2 exterior post light fixtures.
Arrived onsite and walked through the issue in the garage with the resident. It turned out just to be the 3 garage outlets on that circuit, and the GFCI didn’t trip because the plug didn’t damage itself enough to touch itself. I did a safety assessment and due to the year the house was built, the only thing i saw was lack of whole home surge protection, and the fact that if the garage was on a combo breaker, it would’ve tripped before it melted and caught that issue. I talked to him about replacing the devices on the circuit, adding whole home surge protection and swapping the breaker to a combo breaker for full protection. To solve the space heater in the garage issue, i discussed the possibility of putting in an in wall heater on the back wall of the garage near the panel. I showed him a few models and the resident would like to purchase that himself and have us do the install and wiring. We completed the following work: -Remove and replace all 3 garage outlets -Remove regular bre
This solution includes the deletion of the 2 circuits from the knee wall and installation of a new receptacle along wall. We have deleted the 2 circuits from the knee wall. New receptacle is also installed.
Arrived onsite and the resident showed me to the new lights he had purchased to hang in all the locations, and then showed me to each light location. I went over the safety assessment that was done and brought up whole home surge protection and the resident said they didn’t want to worry about it today, and they might not be living there too many more years so he would just like the lights done today. So we did the following: Remove and Replace 1 vanity light, 3 hallway lights, and one kitchen light.
Installation of a new junction box to extend current switch legs for lighting fixtures to work properly. Currently lighting does not work on it’s own and turns off when lead switch is in the off position. We would correct the feed and each switch bank to work properly.
New installation of a 200 amp Square D QO panel to replace current over loaded and dated panel. Current panel has many over loaded circuits, double tapped neutrals, shared neutral circuits, improper grounds and neutral splits, and illegal ground bar attachments. Service cable is showing a lot of wear along with the panel over heating circuits as well. We would update grounding and bonding throughout the home and also apply GFCI breakers to needed locations. This also includes meeting current safety requirements of an exterior disconnect for emergency use and a whole home surge protector. Surge shows a lifetime warranty and up to 100,000.00 protection.
Arrived onsite and completed the whole home electrical inspection with Tyler. Once completed I bring a list of concerns to the resident in regards to the panel having 2 multifeeds, there being no bonding from hot to cold to gas, and the home having no surge protection. We also found 1 bad gfci out on the back sunroom. I wrote up options that the resident would like to think about doing in the future, but for now Tyler replaced the bad gfci in the sunroom while i quoted to install future customer supplied recess in the basement unfinished area.
Installation of new lights located in the kitchen. These are retro-fits and take place of the old light bulbs. The lights we are installing are 5 CCT and are set to 3000K. We also replaced a low-voltage cover for the COAX connector in the primary bedroom.

These tasks are outlined below in the line items- panel, disconnect, electrical grounding, bonding, surge protection, breakers, and misc.
