We are previous customers. Unless policy re $89 fee gets changed, I’m not sure how likely we’ll be to continue with Haas in spite of excellent service by Alex and previously by Larry.
Was able to schedule my appointment for service within a week of my original call. They even moved up my appointment due to open availability so we finished ahead of schedule. Work is finished and good customer service.
Needed 9 light fixtures taken down and replaced with new ones we bought and he replaced all the outlet covers with new ones and fixed the dimmers on the switches and some other minor issues . Matt was so fast and thorough. Amazing job and also great long warranty .
Alex did a great job....was very thorough. The pricing higher than expected but the you guys always do a great job.
Nick was great - inspected what we needed done, came up with some solutions quickly and got right to work. Did not expect the job to finish so quickly but he clearly was very experienced and knew exactly what to do. No problems at all and will definitely be a repeat customer
I called in and was able to book an appointment promptly. Michael came out in the promised time frame and alerted me of when his estimated arrival would be. Once he was here, he was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would 100 percent use his (or the company’s) services again.
Alex and Nick from HAAS electric dis an awesome job in our home, upgrading our 1960’s outlets and switches. They also put in floor outlets where we needed them. They were hard workers, respectful and professional
The young electrician was friendly, polite, helpful and fixed my ceiling fan quickly. He also checked the rotation (winter or summer) for me. The price to repair is the cost of a new fan, but this one is a favorite.
Alex was great and the owner understood my problem and concerns.
Had a breaker that kept tripping, turns out was a serious issue. Diagnosed and repaired properly. Cleaned up afterwards. Professional and courteous.
Alex was very punctual. He kept me informed and answered all our questions. He took accountable for all his work and went above and beyond in his service. I would highly recommend him and the company. They were a pleasure to work with.
