Dennis was knowledgeable and helped me decide on the best option for the nature and placement of a new power outlet for my new Bosch dishwasher. The job was done quickly and neatly. The cost seemed high even though Dennis found me the most economical option.
What a gentleman. I was totally impressed with Mike. Perhaps the best service rep I have had in well over 50 years.
Dennis was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me several options to solve my outdoor lighting issue.
Professional. On time Explained the work that was needed. Just great overall
Michael called to let me know he was nearby and showed up quickly. He looked at the work, found the problem quickly. A former electrician had used wrong materials. He corrected the problems and worked diligently and fixed the problems. Plus, he was kind to my dogs that kept wanting to help him. Thank you for a good experience.
We are previous customers. Unless policy re $89 fee gets changed, I’m not sure how likely we’ll be to continue with Haas in spite of excellent service by Alex and previously by Larry.
Was able to schedule my appointment for service within a week of my original call. They even moved up my appointment due to open availability so we finished ahead of schedule. Work is finished and good customer service.
Needed 9 light fixtures taken down and replaced with new ones we bought and he replaced all the outlet covers with new ones and fixed the dimmers on the switches and some other minor issues . Matt was so fast and thorough. Amazing job and also great long warranty .
Alex did a great job....was very thorough. The pricing higher than expected but the you guys always do a great job.
Nick was great - inspected what we needed done, came up with some solutions quickly and got right to work. Did not expect the job to finish so quickly but he clearly was very experienced and knew exactly what to do. No problems at all and will definitely be a repeat customer
I called in and was able to book an appointment promptly. Michael came out in the promised time frame and alerted me of when his estimated arrival would be. Once he was here, he was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would 100 percent use his (or the company’s) services again.
Arrived onsite and discusses running cat 6 from one side of the living room to the upstairs office, and install data rings at both ends and terminate them to female ends. We also discussed running coax from the same point in the living room, upstairs through 2 bedrooms and into the office wall where the cat 6 is going. Then using a splitter to drop down into the downstairs living room and setting a 3rd cable jack for him to hookup his tv to. We discussed the drywall damage that would be involved, how long it would take and then i wrote it up for him.
Arrived inside home and it was explained to me they were meeting a deadline to get the smoke detectors in the home replaced. I talked to her about additional stuff but they are going to be remodeling the home at some point and don’t want to overcommit so we took care of replacing the 3 smoke detectors today, testing and verified them all working. Remove and replace 3 smoke/carbon combo detectors inside the home.
We recommend having the devices in the living room replaced.

Today’s visit was for partial power loss of home. Customer had an electrician come out and they installed a dedicated circuit for the sump pump, but also disconnected the other circuit that the sump pump was originally connected to. We found the wire capped off in the panel. When we reconnected it to the panel. The first floor lights came back on, but there was still an open neutral somewhere. When I started talking to the customer about a extended diagnostic fee to find the issue, they declined and told us to turn the circuit back off. If you decide at any time for us to come back out and troubleshoot, please see the attached estimate for the diagnosis. Thank you.
Installation of customer supplied lighting fixture for the dining room.
The reason for todays visit it’s the customer was to quote adding an outlet in the basement bath, adding four recess lights located in both basement guest bedrooms, and adding dimmers to both sets of recess lights. After meeting customer, we began inspection at the panel and saw a 1979 QO 200 amp panel with many safety violations such as double tapped neutrals and double tapped breakers. We also saw that there were many dead end circuits inside the panel that are no longer being used. After speaking to the customer we then created solutions based off recommendations and what customer wanted and we provided those solutions to him at this time. Today there was no solution that fit to the customers needs and will call back in if deciding to get repairs done.
Installation of grounding/bonding to the home by way of bonding all metallic systems together by way of water heater appliance. Installation of new fan control switches for master bedroom, sons bedroom and daughters bedroom. Along with replacement of switches, removing current single gang box and turning it into a two gang box with a switch controlling the fan speed and light fixture dimmer. Installation of two new ceiling fans (customer supplied) located in the son and daughters bedroom to replace current old fans.
Arrived at the residence and was shown to the top back bedroom with a ceiling fan the resident had installed and wasn’t working. I found waygos were used for all connections but the bigger issue was that the variable speed fan where’s were all under one waygo, when according to the wiring diagram it should have come with female and male connection ends to be able to plug and play. The fan did not come with that and even when I corrected the wiring, the receiver was shorted. There is also a variable speed fan controller on the wall that turns it on and off so I recommended it be replaced with a regular white decora single pole switch to mitigate any future issues. I wrote an estimate for the switch and fan installation once they get a new one from amazon.
