Amazing work by Michael of Haas Bros

Michael called to let me know he was nearby and showed up quickly. He looked at the work, found the problem quickly. A former electrician had used wrong materials. He corrected the problems and worked diligently and fixed the problems. Plus, he was kind to my dogs that kept wanting to help him. Thank you for a good experience.

Great service, great technician, prompt arrival, total cleanup after job done, BUT expensive and without an opportunity to compare prices between el

We are previous customers. Unless policy re $89 fee gets changed, I’m not sure how likely we’ll be to continue with Haas in spite of excellent service by Alex and previously by Larry.

Awesome Service!

I called in and was able to book an appointment promptly. Michael came out in the promised time frame and alerted me of when his estimated arrival would be. Once he was here, he was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would 100 percent use his (or the company’s) services again.

Quick and good service.

The young electrician was friendly, polite, helpful and fixed my ceiling fan quickly. He also checked the rotation (winter or summer) for me. The price to repair is the cost of a new fan, but this one is a favorite.

Reason for today’s visit was to troubleshoot power loss to the family room receptacles. While going through the circuit we found that the outlets were in excellent condition and all wired properly by being screwed down on the terminals. I found that the breaker controlling the circuit labeled family room was tripped. And then found an extension cord for the Christmas tree was chewed through. Customer stated the power loss happened when the cord was plugged in for the Christmas tree. Customer threw away extension cord.

Customers dinning room light stopped working. Customer showed me the burnt plastic cover beneath one of the candelabra bulbs. I took the plastic cover off and noticed the socket was burnt. I then removed the dimmer and found that the burnt socket and bulb caused the dimmer to short out and stop working. I tested the wires and the light kicked back on without the dimmer attached. I installed a new dimmer switch and the light started working again. I informed customer that they will need to purchase a new light because the burnt socket was no longer usable. They are going to look into finding a new one or having this one repaired.
