This solution includes the installation of a 120V 20A circuit for the sauna. Additionally we shall make wiring repairs to the garage and install new gfci receptacles in garage and replacing the existing fixtures with new customer supplied exterior lights, 2 total. Lastly we shall restore power to the bathrooms. This solution also includes basic required surge protection at main panel. We have installed the sauna circuit, installed new gfci receptacles in garage, installed new gfci in basement bathroom, repaired the open ground in garage, installed surge protector and have begun to replace the garage lights. We shall return to replace the one remaining fixture, ensuring we return with the bronze bell box. We always recommend using a dedicated circuit for EV charging. Paid in full.
