Arrived at the home and explained what all the whole home inspection would entail, and then got started. The home has already been redeviced and had a panel change this year so it was in really good shape, which our inspection reflected. At the end when i went over the inspection, he mentioned he had some other work he was interested in so i ended up writing it up for him and then we completed the following. Removed and replaced the kitchen sink light with a new one, although the bottom bracket that holds the glass was missing one piece from Home Depot so i discused how to get ahold of that one piece, and left the glass bottom off for now until he gets it. The other thing was adding a dedicated washer receptacle so the cord doesn’t stretch so far. I added a new 120v 20 amp line from the panel to a 1900 box i mounted on the wall where he specified, and installed a TR GFCI in the box. I tied in the feed and installed and labeled the new 20 amp leviton breaker.
