Replace CH 40 space panel with a QO 40 space panel. Install brand new QO breakers correctly sized for circuits and to account for any multiwire branch circuits. Update the grounding system with installation of 8 foot ground rods outside the home, and bond the water heater with a #4 ground wire between the hot, cold, pipe. Install an emergency disconnect in accordance with county safety standards. Install a QO plug-on surge to meet county safety standards. Haas and Sons will coordinate with county inspectors and BGE throughout the entire process. Install a customer supplied level 2 EV car charger next to panel with a load management system.
