The reason for today’s visit was to assess multiple issues in the home. First issue was the fact that the washer will trip occasionally when multiple things are on on the top floor. We found that the issue is that the washer is on with the lighting circuit that is also with the master bathroom hallway, bathroom back bedroom as well as the laundry lights. Remedy this we will need to run a dedicated circuit from the main panel up to the washer to separate it from the lighting circuit. The next issue was flickering lights that are happening on the second floor, which we found a lot of the devices in the home are the original backstabbed ivory devices from the late 80s. We recommended device in the entire home in which customer agreed due to the fact that they wanted them done for cosmetic reasons as well. Finally, after inspecting the main panel, we found that there has been multiple hands inside this panel over the years and we’re noticing some of the breakers flipping on and off felt ex
