We will install a new 50 amp 240v circuit at the range location in the kitchen. We will run pvc around the bottom of the wall in the garage over to the new location. The reason for today’s visit was to check power loss in the kitchen island receptacle. Upon inspection, we found a loose splice in a junction box in the basement. While on site, the customer also requested us to install a new 50 amp range receptacle in the kitchen. We ran a new 50 amp dedicated circuit for the range receptacle, and repaired the splice in the junction box. While on site we also noticed the service cable deteriorating, and provided a quote to replace it.
