The reason for today’s visit was to look at an exhaust fan that was constantly running and wouldn’t turn off. When we arrived at the home, we immediately noticed that it was a brand new Home. He took us to the powder room bathroom that we noticed it was a Panasonic fan. Once I pulled down the gray to the fan, we were able to tell that it was the type of fan that is supposed to run all the time. I informed the customer that this fan is set to run at a lower speed, all the time to help a circulation in the home. While on site, you then requested quotes to replace some fixtures that they are thinking about purchasing. He also requested a quote to install a light in the office area. Customer will give us a call back once they purchased new lights in the future
