-Arrived onsite and met with the tenant who showed us the front stoop light wasn’t working. He said it had gone out a few weeks ago and tried changing the bulb but it didn’t do anything. We pulled the switch out which turned out to be bad, and i capped the two lines together but the light wasn’t working still. I walked out front and there is a gfci at the height where an old coach light would be with a newer gfci in it, that was tripped. Once i reset that, then power spread to the light. We replaced the bulb in the light with a yellow dusk to dawn bulb the tenant gave us, and then i made pricing for one, and for all the switches in the 3 gang to get addressed. We waited a bit because the landlord was in a meeting but once we got to talking i talked to her about the 1 switch or 3 switch options i made up for her, and also recommended replacing the light fixture itself because it is very old, as well as letting her know about the gfci.
