Bldg D had the phone line trouble not bldg A Rewired phone line connecting panel to aes intellitap because it had a short. Cleared troubles from panel and confirmed signals with the monitoring station. Also noticed batteries are due for this bldg and were written up in the annual inspection last year. I did not have the large sized bolt type connection required for facp . All the nac panel batteries are past their due date as well. See last years reports for counts.
