I appreciate the fact that Action kept trying to call me to confirm my appointment this morning while I was away from my phone and didn't respond to their multiple calls for over an hour. I would have hated to screw up my own appointment. They performed the maintenance service I requested and it improved the function of the garage door immensely. They also gave me a separate quote for additional repairs they felt were warranted due to the age of my door. Technician was very informative and responsive to my questions.
