First off, Cory was on time! He explained what was wrong with my garage door and gave me two estimates on the work that he would be doing. He got to work quickly, and got the job done. This gentleman was so polite and knowledgeable, I knew I was in good hands. My garage door works perfectly now. I’m so pleased with this company. They sent me a picture of the technician, his name and the ability to track the truck to see when he would arrive. The company goes the extra mile to make sure their customers feel safe.

Not clear about the repair he was doing and did not say he was replacing the opener. After he finished the door did not fully close. I called him back. He said he was not able to fix it so the door would completely close

Germaine, I'm very sorry that everything wasn't crystal clear. We do show that you signed for agreed to the opener replacement prior to the work being performed and the notes on the job describe in detail why your door has a gap at the bottom. "Customer’s drip lip was not created correctly, and door gets caught on concrete. The door is going as low as it can. Concrete would need to be cut and chiseled away in order for door to go lower. Door is level and balanced. Concrete is uneven, which is why the gap under the door is bigger on one side." With that being said it is always are goal to ensure that every customer is satisfied.
