Action is a trustworthy company which is very high on my list of wants with any service provider. They educated me on my warranty to get cover parts from the manufacturer in advance vs trying to sell me part in my ignorance. They were very quick to respond once I had the parts coming out the next day (Saturday!) with no extra fee. The fee they charged was very reasonable and the technician answered all of my annoying questions with patience and good expertise. Excellent work. Highly recommend them as I have used them exclusively for my home garage door needs for 25 years.
