I had a main spring break which happened out of the blue. I called Action who dispatched Nathan who was here within 30 minutes. Replaced the main spring at a reasonable cost. Nathan fixed our garage door and was great. He is knowledgeable and friendly and is very good at what he does. The price your company charges is another story. We are seniors on a limited income and to charge almost $250 for a 10 minute repair is unfair.

Shaun was very knowledgeable and he was able to install the garage door the same day! I appreciated how he was able to inform me of all my options but gave me honest advice that best fit my current needs. He definitely went above and beyond to service both of my garage doors, even though he only replaced one of them. He was also very thorough in explaining the maintenance for both of my door openers, to help ensure they work efficiently for as long as possible. His advice for safety was also appreciated and I plan to put a few new measures into place.
