I had a main spring break which happened out of the blue. I called Action who dispatched Nathan who was here within 30 minutes. Replaced the main spring at a reasonable cost. From first call until Nathan was done was 90 minutes. Nathan was efficient, knowledgable, pleasant and professional all done for a fair price. A++++++++

Nathan fixed our garage door and was great. He is knowledgeable and friendly and is very good at what he does. The price your company charges is another story. We are seniors on a limited income and to charge almost $250 for a 10 minute repair is unfair.
