I ordered Amarr insulated doors with inner and outer steel panels. The quality is excellent. The quoted price was very fair. (I had 4 bids done) The installation was done as scheduled in the estimated time frame. The technician was great. There were a few hiccups which were corrected the following day. I would highly recommend Action Door.

The technician gave me the option of repairing the old system and for only a little bit more have the modern system put in. Explained the pros and cons of each clearly and gave me time to consider it - letting me see how the gears where ground down on the old system and I went went with the new system and I couldn’t be happier. Even took the time to coach us through the wifi connect. The tech was professional and thorough and practicing safety protocols at all times plus keeping environment tidy and picked up so my elderly parent didn’t trip over anything. I did have trouble receiving calls because I block personal calls while on work time but my fault I should have provided my work number as emergency backup. But I got the arrival texts so appt happened.

Action Garage Doors were fantastic from start to finish. I requested a diagnostic appointment and they called me the very next day with an available appointment time that same day. Our technician Luke communicated when he would be there and once he looked it all over he let us know exactly what was wrong and what our options were. He replaced our opener right then and gave us all the details on how it worked along with the app. I highly recommend them and will use them again if we need any garage door work.

Richard was awesome, quickly took care of my broken springs, and also gave me several pointers and insider knowledge about maintenance of my garage door that I didn’t know. Loved his personable style too. I sent in a short video (ServiceCam) before I started, and Action looked at it and used it to give me a quote before they even came out, which I really appreciated and which set them apart.
