This is the second year that I've used Action Garage Door to perform annual service on my (2) garage doors. Given the excellent service I received last year (and a competitive price), I asked for "Alfredo" once again: He was the one assigned to our home again, and did an amazing job—with clear explanations of what he did, condition of the door frame/springs/etc., and more. I was pleased that the repair occurred within 2 hours of my call. However the repair was expensive & there was no information about why the pad for the garage opener had to be replaced when it had only been a couple of years. Only one of the two pads stopped working.
