The spring broke on our 2-car garage door. They came out the next day to repair it. I was a little taken back by the price but I guess that is what things cost to repair. The repair man was VERY nice and professional. There is a reason why this company has been recommend to use for 13 years in a row. I will use this company again.

I called on a Sunday (not requesting service for that day) and they were out first thing Monday. Nathan was outstanding! So nice and explained every option I had. They have the BBB A+ rating since 1992, rave reviews and they are sooooo nice!! Stop searching and call them. 😃
Good work by technician, but you should provide him with the equipment to connect LiftMaster to the remote control in my auto. I had to order that piece of equipment after he finished the job.
Shaun was knowledgeable and thorough. He explained what needed to be completed, how he would complete the job and demonstrated maintenance of moving parts we can do to prolong the life of our garage door.

Nate was absolutely wonderful with fixing or garage door. I called in the morning because our door wasn’t closing and Nate was at our house within 20 minutes of the call. He was professional, did a full inspection of both doors, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to complete the job in less than an hour and fixed everything. We will absolutely be using Action again!
Quoted price was competitive, best for the door chosen. Showed up bright and early on designated day and installed quickly enough. No upcharge for credit card, unlike others.

Robert, I just tried to reach out to you. I'm sorry that you believe that the technician lied to you, however he did not. At the time the door was sold he was scheduled to install it himself. We did have a technician call in which forced us to use that technician for service and assign your door install to our dedicated door installer. I'm sorry if that wasn't communicated properly to you. In regards to having to go over what we were doing it was a standard door installation that our installer has performed hundreds of times.
