Vester was very prompt, located the problem(s) and provided options for repair/repalce which was appreciated. Someone who takes pride in a good outcome is easy to spot but hard to find. This is the 2nd time we've used Action Garage Door Specialists. We'll be back again. Here's why: Our electricity went out, and it somehow broke the garage door spring and cable. We called and Cassandra (? I forgot her name) was able to get Vester G here within the hour. Vester G did the work on our garage door both times. He is experienced, meticulous, professional, humorous, knowledgeable, and did not hurry through the job. We are very satisfied customers! The only "complaint" is the usual - it was expensive, but we got what we paid for as we had our garage door fixed within a few hours. Thank you very much!!
