The help I received on the phone was excellent. I appreciated how quickly I received help. Jose arrived promptly and was very nice, professional and efficient. I had made a mess of my garage door and he had it back in working order in a reasonable amount of time. I wish it wouldn’t have cost me so much but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’m the one that caused the problem. So, I’m thankful they were able to have Jose here with in an hour after I called and I can sleep tonight knowing my garage door is closed and secure. Thank you Action Garage Door!

Ryan was great. He did a wonderful job with the installation. When he was finished with the install Ryan explained how our new outside remote worked and he also setup our 4 digit code for us as well. At one point when he was working he explained how the tension springs work on a garage door. That was really interesting and informative.
