Matthew was able to come a little early (after calling and asking if it was okay). He was neat, professional and got right to work. He replaced 2 door springs and a center bearing. He also adjusted and lubricated things as necessary. He finished in 1 1/2 hours and left everything clean and working perfectly. I am very satisfied with Action.

Shaun O was one of the best technicians that had worked on my garage door. He texted me his time of arrival and was true to his word. He was able to adjust the door sensors in a few seconds, and proceed to observe very necessary adjustments to existing door parts. After explaining what he could do, I agreed to let him do the repairs. He is the first technician to adjust my garage door to not close with a loud sound and to not hit the concrete. In conclusion, Shaun was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and provided the highest quality of service. I will definitely use him in the future and I highly recommend Action Garage Door.
