I came home and was surprised we were charged $124 for someone to come out and figure out why our garage door would not stay shut when we used our remotes or pushed the button in the garage. I understand he said it was not under warranty. We just had the door put in a couple of months ago. I guess if we had called you the first time it happened it would have been within the 30 days.

You are correct, had you called us within the first 30 days we would have covered it under warranty even though safety sensors becoming misaligned isn't covered under warranty. Our tech also found that you had attempted to adjust the opener so he had to correct the setting that were off. We do apologize for the unexpected expense and hope that our tech going over the functions of the opener again with you may prevent this from happening again in the future.
