I was impressed that Shaun weighed the garage door and used an app to determine the proper springs to use. Shaun answered all my questions with knowledge and patience. Shaun showed me the proper way to lubricate the garage door. Shaun showed me the proper lubricant and allowed me to buy it from him so I didn’t have to search for it. This was a pleasant experience.
