Thetecnician did a good job and was professional. I changed the springs less than 2 years ago, but one of them broke again and I did not but the extended warranty. So I learned my lesson and bought it this time but I still have to pay a very high fee for the service. Not sure what I am missing

This is a company you can TRUST! Now there's a word I rarely use now days. Scheduled within two days, but usually they schedule the day you call in, but one of their employees was out ill. Cory was the professional who the company sent to install my new garage door mechanism. From the first moment, Cory, was professional, friendly, and he answered all questions. He told me how long it would take. He finished early! Then, Cory explained everything to me--how it worked; what to do if electricity goes off; how to re-engage it. He did everything I asked him to do, including installing the new seal. The company is reasonably priced. "ACTION" lives up to their name, and then some! A rare gem of a company--and gem of an employee!
